International Volunteer Fellowship (“IVF,” “we,” “our,” or “us”) is committed to maintaining a clear and transparent refund and cancellation policy for all applicants, participants, and program registrations.
By submitting an application or making a payment through our Website, you acknowledge and agree to the following terms.
All application fees, processing fees, and other payments submitted for Fully Funded, Partially Funded, or any other Funded Opportunity are strictly non-refundable.
Once an application has been submitted and the applicable fee has been paid, the payment cannot be refunded, regardless of:
Applicants are therefore advised to carefully review the eligibility criteria and program information before submitting an application.
For Self-Funded registrations, payments are generally non-refundable in cash.
Where a refund or cancellation is approved under the applicable circumstances, IVF may issue a Cash Voucher instead of returning the payment directly to the original payment method.
The Cash Voucher may be used toward an eligible future IVF program, event, fellowship, or other opportunity, subject to the applicable terms and validity period.
Payments may be subject to payment gateway charges, banking fees, transaction costs, taxes, currency conversion charges, or other third-party fees.
Such charges may be non-refundable and may be deducted where applicable.
IVF is not responsible for fees charged by banks, card issuers, payment processors, or other third-party financial service providers.
Visa refusal, delayed visa processing, inability to obtain a visa, travel restrictions, or other immigration-related circumstances do not automatically qualify an applicant for a cash refund.
Any applicable compensation or voucher will be handled according to the terms of the participant’s registration and the applicable IVF program policy.
If an IVF program or event is postponed, rescheduled, or transferred to another date, participants may be offered the option to transfer their registration to the revised date or another eligible IVF opportunity.
Any refund or voucher arrangement will be communicated to affected participants on a case-by-case basis.
If a participant accidentally makes a duplicate payment or pays an incorrect amount, they should contact IVF as soon as possible with proof of payment.
Any approved refund will be subject to applicable payment processing fees and verification requirements.
Payment of an application or registration fee does not create an automatic right to a cash refund.
Applicants and participants are responsible for reviewing the relevant program terms, eligibility requirements, payment conditions, and refund provisions before completing a transaction.
