CANCELLATION POLICY — SERVICES AND PROGRAMS

Cancellation and refund eligibility depends on the type of service, program, fellowship, or opportunity for which the payment was made.

Funded & Fully Funded Opportunities

Application and processing fees paid for Fully Funded, Partially Funded, or other Funded Opportunities are non-refundable.

Self-Funded Opportunities

Payments made for Self-Funded participation are generally not refundable in cash. Where a cancellation or refund is approved under the applicable program terms, IVF may issue a Cash Voucher that can be used toward an eligible future IVF program or opportunity.

Payment gateway fees, banking charges, taxes, transaction fees, and other third-party charges may be non-refundable.

Applicants and participants should review the applicable program-specific Refund & Cancellation Policy before making a payment.

CHANGES IN THIS PRIVACY STATEMENT
